What a first few months of the year it has been! Most of us have experienced severe weather in one form or another, from the flooding in Trusco, TN, to the rains across the plains, and the latest blizzard hitting our team at Astro. God tells us in Isaiah 46:9-10, “I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’” There is comfort in knowing that God plans our experience, and nothing happens outside of His control. I appreciate the efforts of each one of you to work through the weather and economic challenges of this year to make your work at Ambassador Supply a success.

Our team is what makes Ambassador Supply. We continue to invest in our team with time, personnel, learning, and equipment. We have new personnel to welcome as you’ll see below. Many of you have spent time with the leadership and management development team and have seen the benefits and results of this learning. As we move into the second quarter, we see the potential that this year holds for strong performance and trust that as we continue to concentrate our efforts, we will see growth not just in our business but in our personal and professional lives as well. While federal and state funding lays the groundwork for You Thrive’s mission, Hitek Truss steps in to bridge vital gaps—delivering emergency relief, such as helping single mom’s with housing struggles, and sparking initiatives like community gardens. This collaboration showcases the power of local businesses and nonprofits working hand-in-hand to meet urgent needs and foster lasting change.

We are thrilled to welcome Tiffani Dalton to the Orgain and Trusco TN team as our new Human Resouce Generalist. Here expertise will be a valuable addition, and we look forward to the postivie impact she will bring to our team!

Tiffani has five years of experience in HR at JTEKT Column Systems where she was a key player in talent acquisition, cultural initiatives, and developing HR processes.

If you haven’t been introduced to Tarran yet, she is our controller at Orgain and Trusco TN.

Tarran comes to us with experience in the construction industry where she managed the financial group for 4 locations including month end close, job costing, and staff development with a focus on employee growth and retention.
