Rival Holdings Names New Senior Corporate Counsel

Rival Holdings has named Scott Campbell as its new senior corporate counsel.

Rival, which launched operations last month, has assembled an experienced team with deep industry knowledge and a desire to make a strong, positive impact on the built world. Campbell brings an extensive knowledge of managing mergers and acquisition activities in a corporate counsel role. He most recently worked as corporate counsel for Ambassador Enterprises, providing governance and legal services support for the company’s investment lanes and affiliates.

Rival CEO Brad Crawford said, “Scott will be a valuable asset to the Rival team with his vast experience managing mergers and acquisitions. We plan to keep Scott busy as our investment activity increases in the coming months.”
