Ambassador Supply has appointed Tim Richards as its new director of post-frame construction (PFC) and pole barns, effective immediately.
“Tim will be an integral part of the Steel Vertical Team,” said Ambassador Supply Steel Vertical President Doug Stephens. “He brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience with a wealth of expertise in plant leadership, sales, quality assurance, and leadership/cultural development. We’re confident that Tim’s overall knowledge and perspective in operations, and his passion for building leadership teams, align seamlessly with the demands of this role.”
With Ambassador Supply’s recent acquisitions, organic growth, and team solidification, Richards’ leadership experience will make a significant impact on the company’s future.
Richards’ skills led him to serve in instrumental roles at multiple Northeast Indiana companies, with vast experiences as a certified quality assurance technician, production group leader and supervisor, plant manager, operations leader, and director of leadership development. In his new role as director of PFC/pole barns, Richards will lead several companies under the Ambassador Supply umbrella toward continued growth and success.
“I’m excited to join Ambassador Supply and work within the Steel Vertical Team,” said Richards. “Having spent over three decades in manufacturing, I’m eager to leverage my experience and meaningfully contribute to a company whose values align with mine.”
As Ambassador Supply continues to experience growth in the pole barn and metal building industry, the company is recruiting driven professionals who thrive in thinking outside the box and have a strong understanding of the industry.
