Brandon serves as Rival’s Chief Financial Officer, where he leads our financial strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives, helping guide continued success across Rival’s portfolio of affiliates. He also provides mentorship and development to the accounting team, ensuring high standards of financial excellence.

Prior to joining Rival, Brandon served as CEO of Fort Wayne Radiology, where he successfully guided the practice through significant growth. He also brings considerable financial leadership experience from the medical device industry, having held key roles at Johnson & Johnson and Integer Holdings. During this time, he developed expertise in cost accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and internal auditing.

Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Butler University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a graduate and former Program Champion of the Johnson & Johnson Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP).

A native of Auburn, Indiana, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their children, Theodore and Isabelle.
