As VP of Finance and Treasury at RIVAL, Brice leads treasury operations, balance sheet optimization, and financial strategy across the portfolio. He also drives efficiencies through process improvement and automation across back-office and operational functions.

Before joining RIVAL, Brice served as a finance leader at Ambassador Enterprises, leading and supporting the areas of Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A. Prior to AE, Brice spent eight years at MedPro Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he led Treasury and Financial Reporting.

Brice holds an undergraduate degree from Huntington University, a CPA license, and an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Brice has a strong commitment to family and community. He and his wife, Catelyn, met at Huntington University, where they were both student-athletes, and now have two beautiful daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through sports and exercise, and tackling DIY projects around the house.
